
Leadership Estero Class of 2025-2026
The Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce's leadership program seeks to introduce 14 Southwest Florida participants to the greater Estero community, its unique history, and the key issues impacting the area. The program runs from October to June and offers participants behind-the-scenes tours of local industries, discussions with community partners and leaders, and topic-based panels. Through this program, participants will develop lasting relationships, bolster their leadership skills and work collaboratively to serve the Greater Estero region.
Classmates are required to attend all-day sessions on the following dates:
- September 26, 2025 – Leadership Estero Kickoff & Orientation
(If needed: hurricane make-up day would be October 3) - October 10, 2025 – Estero Government & History Day
(If needed: hurricane make-up day would be October 17) - November 21, 2025 – Public Safety Day
- January 16, 2026 – Arts & Tourism Day
- February 20, 2026 – Social Services Day
- March 27, 2026 – Environment Day
- April 10, 2026 – Education Day
- May 15, 2026 – Healthcare Day
- June 5, 2026 – Year-in-Review Session
Participants graduate during the Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner that occurs in June 2026, and they are required to volunteer in support of EsteroFest in March, 2026.

The application window is open through June 19, and all classmates will be notified of their formal acceptance by June 26.
Tuition is $1,200 for members of the Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce, or $1,550 for future members. Tuition is non-refundable and due in full by September 19, 2025.
