Real Estate Office Assistant – part-time

Internship with Pay

 Hours: Saturday 10:00 – 5:00, Sunday 11:00 – 5:00

Fun, fast paced, growing real estate brokerage seeks high energy, smart, personable real estate administrator/receptionist for part-time, weekend position.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Answer incoming phone calls and greet incoming visitors in pleasant courteous manner Information gathering and data entry into customer database, Top Producer

Coordinate appointments for showings, home inspections, etc. Data entry into the Multiple Listing Service for company listings Collect showing data for activity reports

Maintain the listing board of available properties within the community Update price sheets

Provide support to the sales team as required

Other real estate administrative duties as assigned including filing, record keeping

 

Skills and Requirements

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Excellent computer skills including experience with Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with Publisher and Top Producer a plus.

 

Excellent attention to detail.

 

Excellent punctuality, dependability, flexibility Professional appearance

Tearn player with good interpersonal skills

 

Outgoing personality, comfortable meeting and greeting visitors

 

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Background check required
