Care Right, Inc.; located in the Riverview Corporate Center in Bonita Springs, assist families with aging loved ones to navigate through the long-term care industry and cope with issues that family caregivers encounter.
Founded in 2011 in Brookfield, Wisconsin, by Annalee Kruger, the one-time Wisconsin native, now a Bonita Springs resident, chose to call Southwest Florida her home, after visiting friends for over 3 years. “I love the character and charm of Bonita Springs, everyone is so kind and friendly and it is a great fit for my personality. It was getting more and more difficult to leave Bonita Springs and return to Wisconsin, so I made it my goal to grow my business and serve families in this area as well as Wisconsin.”
Kruger watched as her own aging grandparents (and now parents) lifestyle and other health issues changed. She helped take care of them and found it rewarding to see how compassion and being emotionally available to them made a difference in their lives. That’s when she decided to earn her degree in social work and give back to a career she loves.
Annalee earned her MBA at Cardinal Stritch University with additional credentials in family mediation; PTSD, grief, trauma, and loss counselling. She is also a national speaker and is available for speaking engagements.
Annalee literally takes her clients by the hand and helps them navigate and understand the process. Families call Care Right their advocate and consider Care Right a concierge service for their family. Her mission is to help families be pro-active with having the family meet and putting plans in place before a medical crisis occurs. While she serves families in SW Florida, she also serves families across the US. Gone are the days of families living in the same zip code, let alone time zone. Annalee helps families with her virtual guidance service, virtual family meetings, and family coaching/education.
Kruger is in the final stages of writing a book about family caregiver issues due out in September 2017. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association, National Association of Social Workers, and a sponsor of the Financial Planners Association (WI and SW FL.)
She is an active member of the Estero and Bonita Springs Chambers of Commerce, Estero New Comers Group and Bonita New Comers Group.
