Cliff Brand is a Branch Manager for LMCU (Lake Michigan Credit Union) in Estero right next to Chick fil A.  He began his banking career in 2009 when he and his wife, Angela relocated to the beautiful Bella Terra community.  Cliff has worked with many business and consumer clients throughout Lee and Collier County with three other commercial banks. The credit union reminds him of his days growing up in a family owned pharmacy in Lawrenceville, GA where living and working in the area allowed him to make a difference in his community.  His father was a city councilman for over 26 years and his grandfather Cliff also served for a short time for the city.

Cliff’s talents in baseball took him to various places over his adolescent years.  In 1995, he was Gwinnett County Pitcher of the Year and got drafted by the Boston Red Sox.  He passed on the Red Sox and earned a baseball scholarship to Middle GA Junior College where his team went 58-9 and finished 3rd in the JUCO World Series.  After 1 year, he transferred to the University of Georgia playing for the Bulldogs in the Southeastern Conference.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Economics.  After college, he played professional baseball in the independent leagues.  He was an All Star selection in 2001 and was inducted in his high school Hall of Fame with his ’95 team becoming the first into the Ring of Honor.

Serving and volunteer work is in his heritage.  He has served in many capacities over the 15 years living in SWFL recently on his church’s finance committee and FBA school board.  He is also on the FCA board, which is special to him because it helped to shape him into the man he is today.

Lastly, the Village of Estero means so much to Cliff as his parents currently live at American House at Coconut Point since moving from Grandezza and his brother, Frank and his family have been an integral part of Estero as the pastor of First Baptist of Estero since 2005.  Cliff has been married to Angela for over 20 years and they have 2 beautiful children, Kinzington and Hudson.  Outside of work, he cheers on the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs along with volunteering at his church.
