Leadership Estero 2024-2025: Kickoff!
The Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce Leadership Estero Class of 2025 kicked off the program October 18th, when members were introduced to one another through team building and leadership development exercises. The event was facilitated by Jessica Rhea, the director of Experiential Learning & Career Development at Florida Gulf Coast University. Arts Bonita hosted the kickoff activities, with the class spending the morning at the Performing Arts Center and the afternoon at the Visual Arts Center, where, among many activities, the class played an improv game with Jon Artigo, Arts Bonita’s Senior Education Director.Â
An after-hours reception with Leadership Estero alumni was held at Rooftop at Riverside. A special thanks to Sharon Van Rite of Platinum Media and Terry Beasley of Lee Health for sponsoring the breakfast, FineMark National Bank & Trust for sponsoring the group’s lunch, and all the steering committee members who planned the day’s events. The Class of 2025’s first class session is coming up on Friday, Oct. 25 – Estero History and Government Day.
